That’s what Coco is definitely thinking right now as she lies in bed next to me. She went to the groomers today, and even though neither of our dogs seems to have any issues to speak of going to the groomers, ie- it’s clearly not a traumatic experience for either of them, she was sooooooo excited to come home. Like, ran the whole way, and has stuck face buried into either myself or the Ho for pretty much the entire day. Except for when she was sleeping in her box.
Have I talked about Coco and her box on here? I don’t think I have, actually. So, it’s been well-established that Coco is a master of if-I-sits-I-fits…well, we have this box. A small-ish flat-ish one that’s sitting by the front door, which at one point was so I could take it down stairs to recycling. It’s definitely not going down there now, because Coco has decided it is the PERFECT size, height, everything for her to nap in it for several hours every day, and she waits inside the box any time I ever leave the apartment without her for me to return. She loves her box. I can’t get rid of it.
Liz is looking at a bunch of Tumblr-style memes right now. You know, the multi-paneled kind of TV screen caps. I wonder if that’s how kids “watch” TV these days…
It was a good day today. Did rent, dropped off the Coco at the groomers, came home and took a short but nonetheless epic nap. Epic in that even thought it was *maybe* an hour, I was dreaming. Slept that hard, yo. Then I went back and grabbed the Coco who was done, thought she looked adorable, hung out with the Ho when she came back from rehearsal, we went and got groceries…made food. OMG, she made Bruschetta and it was amaaaazing. Then I walked the dogs after watching the A’s beat the Tigers (that’s 3 wins in a row!), did my writing, at a bit more food, and then we watched a smidge of So You Think You Can Dance, which just premiered on…Tuesday? Monday? One of those days…
The writing is good, guys. Had some thoughts today too about the next script, and I liked ’em. Gonna write ’em down at some point 😛 Let’s make that tomorrow, eh?
