As I was just telling the Ho, we can always tell when the weather has taken a turn for the coldness because all the sudden, Cooper, aka Mr. I sleep on the floor by myself turns into Mr. Snuggles. He’s currently curled up between my legs with as much of himself pressed up against me as possible, with his head leaning up against my right foot. And totally sleeping right now. Eyes closed and everything.

I feel like fall/winter times literally happened overnight down here. Seriously. One day it was in the mid 80s, and then next it was in the low 70s during the day and down to like 50 at night. Within the span of 24 hours, a 20-degree change in the weather. Craziness!

Regardless, it is here, and from the forecasting, here to stay. Thank you lord. It was warm way too late this year. Didn’t appreciate it.

Work today was a challenge. And not so much in that it started off a bit rough in terms of some apartment work that needed my attention, but rather in that I was *tired* today. Not enough rest from my days off, apparently. But still, I was able to get everything done today. My Netflix work, the Remilon work squeezed in on the side, AND my writing work. It wasn’t quite a full hour on the writing today, but it was still a solid 40/45 minutes and that’s a win.

The only thing I’ll say about writing hour today is that I was waaaaay too tired at that point. I shouldn’t be waiting that long into my day to write, it mde me realize. I’m just shooting myself in the foot. For some reason, writing prose when I was in the middle of my novel, being tired and doing it at the end of the day was a *good* thing. It made it easier to just let it flow, you know? But with the script writing, not so much success. Not to say that my writing hour today wasn’t productive and I didn’t get enough pages done, because I was and I did. No, I just mean that I think I can stack the deck in my favor a bit better by doing writing hour earlier in the day.

Tomorrow, I’m going to do it during the hour before lunch, I think. That seems to be a pretty good, perky time, and I still get to get my “work-roll” started which is key to actually getting everything done in a day that I need to.

Finished season 1 of Enterprise today and launched right into season 2. Still can’t stand T’Pol. I seem to remember that they give the crew something to actually DO in the second season, which makes the show more tolerable, but we’ll see what this viewing offers me.

I think that’s about all I have in my tonight, guys. I didn’t get enough sleep last night, so the idea is to make that up tonight with a solid snooze festival. Wish me luck!
