It rained tonight. Oh, how much I love the rain.

I played golf today with Argeesht, FINALLY, this was something we’d been trying to plan for months now…and it was so freaking pretty out today. Overcast. A little breeze in the air carrying this cool sweet air that reminded me of home. It all made sense when it started sprinkling on our way down to Venice to see our friends Natalie and Mike for dinner.

Cool air, somehow, is fresher than warm air. It feels like it has more oxygen in it, and it makes you want to breathe it in nice and deep. I doubt it actually *does* have more oxygen, but it feels like it does.

It’s supposed to rain sporadically for the rest of the week, I think. That’s awesome. Love it. The only struggle is what to do with the pups because they just get so wet and cold out there. Small price to pay.

I also got more Netflix work done. Gotta do what you gotta do, you know? Of course you do, all you hard working folks that read this. No slackers on this blog. It’s been an exhausting week, no way around it. Probably the most exhausting so far this year…but that’s okay. Couple days away from this latest draft being ready to stamp “DONE” on and move on to book rewrites. I’m nervous about that, but mostly I’m just looking forward to it. I like my book. Just like I like my pilot…but I think I like my book a little bit more 😛 We’ll see what happens.

Tomorrow, unfortunately, is more work. Work work work. Almost caught up on this Study.com stuff. ALMOST. Then gotta catch up on the Netflix work, which I will do next week…then catch up on the writing. Always behind! Always. I wish I wasn’t like that. It’s definitely a part my personality that I’m working on. And I’ve made strides, that’s for sure. I used to get so stressed out about, and I really don’t so much any more. I still do from time to time, but NOTHING like I used to. Even on this very blog. I used to talk about being “behind” and beating myself up for it alllll the time.

Ooof. I am exhausted. It’s time for the sleeps, yo. Good times tonight. Catch you tomorrow 😉
