Tonight’s a late one. I stayed up for too long playing Fallout 4 😛
Had a wonderful day off today…had a little bit of makeup work to do from the week (and will a bit tomorrow too), but I got it done. Went and played kickball with the Ho’s cast and crew over in Burbank. We won! Then went and had a nice lunch and walk around Barnes & Noble with Argeesht and Kristen. We had In-N-Out. mmmmmmmmm.
Then came home and took care of feeding the pups, took a much-needed shower…you know that sunscreen smell? Blech…then took a quick nap, and was up to hang out with the Ho as we ate dinner together and watched Planet Earth II. It’s so good, you guys. SO GOOD.
And then I played Fallout for two hours when I wanted to play it for a half hour 😛 Oops. It just got more fun – I figured out that you have to build up settlements in order to have villages and grow shit, make armor, weapons, etc. And figured out how to store my JUNK. Which is huge. Anywho…it was definitely discovering all that that made me play for longer. Just going in and shooting stuff up doesn’t cut it for me really, I’ve realized. I like collecting things, building stuff, selling, buying…that stuff elevates the gameplay for me, for sure. Just killing baddies isn’t enough for me.
Anywho…
Time for sleeps.
Time change starts tomorrow…which sucks for the first few days…but it is by far my favorite of the two. I HATE how early it gets dark during the fall and winter. Give me daylight savings time and keep it that way all year, please. Thank you.
