There is some major 1980s shit going on right now in the world of trailering, and it’s awesome. Love it.
The 80s were so much cooler than the 90s, right? Isn’t that right? I feel cheated. I was too young in the 80s to really appreciate its amazingness. Or is that rose colored glasses-ing? At least the music was awesome…
Depeche Mode particularly, man. So. Good.
I remember there was a woman I worked with when I was a young lad, she wasn’t that much older than I, not in the grand scheme of things…but she must have been in her early to mid 20s and I was 16…quite the difference at that age. Anyway, I remember she was the hugest, hugest Depeche Mode fan. We worked together at a video store, and she would bring in her personal VHS copy of their best music videos sometimes and she’d play them.
Anyway…today was a good work day. Got a lot done and kinda set some goals for the rest of this week and the next. We’ll see how it goes. The narration queue is currently empty I noticed, which is fine because I’m doing Flix work instead. Hopefully, though, that fixes itself by the time I get back 😛
It will. I know it will. I’ve been with this company long enough to know that.
Anywho, it’s now time for the sleeps. Oh! And I got to hang out with Medwards today. He came over after having a rather stressful day and we had a beer and ate some food. That twas nice indeed.
