I had a partial Ira-bot shutdown today.
I rocked the first part of my day. Jumped right on that work and barreled my way forward. Then, lunch happened, and I stalled out…and ended up not being productive for the rest of the day. I took a long, long nap…I did some research on voice recorders for dictation purposes…I read and finished a book that I’d been reading…and then I took the pups for a nice long walk and ended my day watching baseball and playing some Fallout.
As frustrating as it is to have a day like today, they are necessary sometimes. I honestly feel as though my goal is now within reach regarding getting TG1T seasons 2 and 3 finished and ready for release dates. This editing process…I think I can get 15-20 done per day. That means I can totally finish by Tuesday for that phase. And then I think I can get all of the episodes set up with pre-clips and live clips in a day. And then if I can get volume levels and clipping taken care of in two more days…I’ll be set. I can set aside some time in the coming weeks to export everything, attach cover art and add metadata, etc. All the hard work will be done.
