Today was my b-day. Thank you to everyone who sent well-wishes. I love seeing those every year. Seriously. One of the best features of being on Facebook.
We spent the day with Henri. He was really attached to me all day today for some reason. He wanted me to hold him. The previous couple days it’s been Liz he’s wanted to be held by. He’s just mixing it up, you know, keeping those crazy uncles and aunties on their toes.
We walked to this really nice coffee spot and bakery in the morning. Tomorrow morning, we’re thinking about going to the park before it gets too warm. We’ll see what happens.We were
We were tiiiirrrreeeedddd today. Stayed out WAY too late last night (though I don’t regret that shit for a second!), but luckily we’re watching a almost-1-year-old and he needs quite frequent naps, so we were able to nap, too.
Then we went over to Seth and Lena’s place and made them dinner. They got me cupcakes, and a uncle mug, and a giftcard to game stop (that last one is from Seth, obviously :P) It was a really wonderful night, and a wonderful birthday. Now, it’s warm, and it’s late, and it’s time for some sweat sleep. Night night!
