I did a lot of errands today.

It all started with stopping by the Netflix offices to get some stuff from the team there so I can help them out with some busy work stuff they’d rather not do themselves, and which I totally don’t mind doing right now because the non-thinking work is exactly what I need at the moment. Did, that, was wonderful to see the group and meet some peeps, too.

Then, it was deeper into Hollywood to get the tire pressure sensor replaced on one of my tires that had gone out. That was actually much faster than I’d thought it was going to be, which was great, because I basically finished as soon as Liz got there, and we were able to go to breakfast together at Square One, which has the DOPEST bourbon pecan French toast. Holy crap. The service there, unfortunately, is always spotty…but those French toasts doe.

That was awesome, always love doing fun stuff like that with the wifey. THEN I went over to The Grove so I could pick up a case for my new iPhone X. That phone is slippery as fuck and EXPENSIVE to fix if it gets dropped…so a case was pretty high on my priority list, actually, to get sorted. Arg helped me out with that – THANKS ARG – and I now have my new phone feeling nice and protected.

Then I came home and did a bit of work for Study.com – we’re having some issues with the version of the FTP that I’m using – and then I took a nap. Because of the really late movie last night, I only got 5 and a half hours of sleep. Yikes! Napping was hard, I tossed and turned. But, I woke up actually feeling pretty refreshed, and I took the pups on a walk.

I watched the Warriors for a while after that. They won. And I ate some dinner. Then I played Skyrim for a couple hours. I missed that game….I really did. It’s definitely not the same re-playing it. It doesn’t have quite the same sense of awe and wonder and excitement, because I’ve done it all before. I know how to rock the game. But…it is just such an incredible world, from the music, to how pretty and awe-some it is, to the sounds of the trees and the wind. It’s magical. Literally.

Anywho, that was my day. How was yours? 🙂
