The day it was good, and everything was the way it was supposed to be. That day was today.
I woke up on time. I stuck to my schedule. I got shit done. I wasn’t anxious or depressed. I was happy. I was in control. I felt like myself.
In order for that to happen again tomorrow, it’s time for bed right now. The music is really, really good in my ears, but it’s time for bed.
Today was a good day, folks. My goal is to repeat this tomorrow and the next day and the next and the next…a whole week.
