What a DAY.
My entire day was essentially wrapped up in getting Panda Mobile, Liz’s 2000 Honda Civic, ready to sell. And…we sold it! Got a decent price for it.
And I’m exhausted. Dead. Tired. Good lord.
Today is day 16 of 90, I do believe. I got my writing done just now. We’ve been watching Maniac on Netflix, and it’s soooo good. There is a ton of that show that echoes some of the storytelling in my current book, and it’s been very exciting and interesting to see how they’ve handled certain plot elements and devices, and I’m getting inspired about my own work. It’s a really good show. You should watch it.
Anywho…I know I said I’d write more tonight, but I’m freaking beat. My eyes are drooping. So, it’s off to sleep with me, except to say this:
Starting tomorrow, I’m trying an experiment: a new schedule. For this month. Instead of writing in the morning and then throughout the afternoon, which has invariably been pretty nebulous, I’m setting a very specific time, and I’m going to boundary the shit out of that time. I will write from 5pm to 9pm. That’s close of business day till late evening, but still enough time to hang out with or help the Ho.
I’m excited about it.
I’m also considering not eating anything with added sugar for the month of October. That’s a brand new thought. But I might do it.
Night!
