I’m home!

‘Twas an epic weekend out in the high desert my friends.

Joshua Tree is gorgeous. I get it. So pretty.

I am exhausted.

Woke up and blessedly learned that yoga had been canceled by our esteemed leader, Aaref. Good call. Good call. We ate breakfast at the house together instead, reminiscing about the craziness and good times of the night before, and the weekend overall. Then we packed up, gave the place a once-over cleaning-wise, and went our separate ways. I think it was the same for all of us; sad that it was over already.

But! It’s not, because Joe is now getting married in just a few weeks. So, we’re going to see each other again soon.

Drive home was uneventful. I was worried I would get super tired driving, but it wasn’t so bad, actually. I didn’t even have to stop anywhere. Just drove straight to Arg and Kbear’s to pick up the pups (they were sick! Poor guys. Feel better, you two), and then came home and watched football and ate a bit of food until I couldn’t keep my eyes open anymore, and I passed out for a 90-minute nap.

Woke up and went the wrong way to pick up bear from the airport (she was at LAX instead of Burbank)…but that was solved quickly enough, and we came home and shared photos with each other of our weekends.

Good stuff, y’all. I’m wiped, but happy I went. Love that man, Joe, and I’m so excited to be a part of his upcoming wedding to another person I love, Madhuri. Gonna. Be. Epic.

Night.
