I got to go to a screening tonight of Liz’s first-ever starring role in a feature film. Man, is it crazy to type that out. I’m so freaking proud of her.
The film is called Keep Hope Alive, at least that’s what the working title of it was/is. It’s finished; cut together, music, most of post-production (if not all, actually–it may be entirely complete). It’s a riff off Weekend at Bernie’s if “Bernie” were Bernie Sanders.
And it was delightful. You never know how a project is going to come together, and this one came together absolutely hilariously. I had a blast watching it, my wife is so goddamn talented it hurts my brain, and I am so, so, so proud.
Good job, bear!
She and her co-star Tim killed it together. The co-stars were hilarious. And the story actually worked. Very funny premise. I could particularly see one of the streaming networks run with this one, which would be awesome. Hopefully y’all get the chance to see it soon 🙂
My day was a busy one. I wrote both of my writing sessions. Got a ton of work done for the Flix. My new USB interface for the podcast came in…
Life was good today.
Now it’s time to go to bed.
Night! 🙂
