Had a GREAT Saturday today…
Started off with a nice sleep in. Then I walked the pups and talked to my bro, who’s working hard on making their house up there amazing. It’s looking SO GOOD.
Then I spent most of the day editing TG1T. The rest of season 4 is almost in the can. I just need to do a final pass on the last 9 episodes, and then upload them into our podcasting host. We’ll be set through…October? Something like that. I think I’ll try to get through season 5—the movies—next month. We’ll see.
That’s my goal this weekend; I need to finish TG1T. I could have finished it two weeks ago, really, but man…I just haven’t had the energy. I do now, and it’s in no small part to the end of the month coming up. Deadlines do work!
Took a nap. Walked the pups with bear. Ate some chicken pot pie and watched old basketball…and then Liz was like ‘do you want to play some music?’ And I was like ‘hell yes!’ And then we played for almost two hours. It. Was. Awesome.
Seriously…that DJ controller is one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. We’re already put in HOURS of enjoyment on it. Both me and her by ourselves, and also playing back to back. That’s what we did tonight. She played three songs, then I played three. It was magic.
Magic.
I’ll always remember the summer that coronavirus came and we played music together and danced until midnight.
