Today…was a normal day.
Been a while, it feels like. I’m on top of work. I wrote in the morning. Woke up on time. Hung out with Liz in the evening.
It’s odd to say I had a normal day given that election day is happening tomorrow, as well as a big step forward in the project we’re working on…but it was. It was a normal, ordinary day.
I hope tomorrow is an extraordinary day. Please PLEASE let it be an extraordinary day; a slamming referendum of the American people denouncing racism, bigotry, bullying, corruption and selfishness. Please let that happen.
Pups were so sweet today. As they always are, I suppose. But just exceedingly so today. Very snuggly. Very happy and bouncy. Good pups. Coco is nestling herself to sleep right now, and it’s just making my heart melt.
Gonna go read a Star Trek book.
