LA continues to inch closer towards a full lockdown.
You can still go shopping. That makes no goddamn sense. Otherwise, the “don’t leave your house unless it’s an essential activity” guidelines make a whole lot of sense to me. It’s what Liz and I have been doing since this thing began, with a couple very, very small exceptions (I podcasted with Josh, Liz took care of our goddaughter and saw KBear once a week).
But, not everyone has taken the pandemic guidelines of “don’t do stuff” as strictly as we have. I get it. We all have to set our own boundaries. But, I will say this: COLLECTIVELY, we have clearly not done enough. Obviously. The virus is currently raging out of control. Thousands—literally thousands—of people are dying every single day from it. We can do better.
If we stay home, this thing fades. It can’t spread.
So, let’s all stay home for a few weeks.
