Good company is underrated.
Perhaps not now, since we’re coming back from a pandemic and good company is rated exactly as high as it always should be because we didn’t GET any over the past year if we were being responsible…but even so. Still underrated. There is nothing quite like having a good time with good people. It’s the best.
Got to spend some quality time with friends tonight that we haven’t seen in quite a while, and this time we got to spend it with their whole family, kids and all. It was really, really nice. Very easy. A natural swell time. I hope we get to do it again soon.
I worked more on my client work today. Actually got through a nice chunk of that, which was a relief. I needed to! I can finish tomorrow. Whew. Well, not finish, but finish the longest, largest part of the work. Still more to go, for sure, but it’ll be a relief to have the biggest chunk done.
Need to write…haven’t made the time. But, I will. This week coming up is GOING to be a kick ass week. Have to get to bed on time. That’s literally the goal for the coming week. Get. Up. On. Time.
