Man…resistance be all up in my business the past couple days. Got me feeling down. But, you know what? I dug around on Amazon for a little tonight, just kinda by accident, and stumbled across some series that gave me some hope.
I just need to keep going.
The biggest thing that successful series have in common is that the author has a TON of books out. Granted, most of them started 5-10 years ago, but breakthroughs still happen every day. The readers are still hungry.
I just need to keep going.
I want success. Sometimes desperately. And not finding it crushes me when I’m in the desperate place. It’s bullshit. The journey is not one of success or failure. It’s of doing or not doing, and anything that is leading me to not do is a lie. It’s just resistance, and I need to ignore it.
So, here’s to doing.
I have a book to write. I need to just fucking write it.
