Mayor Cooper went and greeted our new neighbors next door. Well, I suppose we’re the new neighbors, but regardless, Coops wanted to make sure he made a good first impression. He’s such a sweet dog with humans. He’s not afraid of anyone, unless they’re coming into his house unannounced. Then he’s skeptical. But in any other context, he can’t wait to meet everyone.
Made vveerrryyy incremental progress tonight on the unpacking and getting everything set up. Ugh. I was hoping to get SO MUCH MORE done…but I always tend to think I can do more than I really can. I was…decently productive.
I mainly got distracted by the Warriors game, which is legit. First playoff game for them in three seasons, first (full) game with all three of Steph, Klay and Draymond in three seasons…it was a big dill. It was a glorious watch. We have a “death lineup” once again to finish halves, which is how you win championships. Crush the other team during crunch time, when it matters most. And we did. Crush the Nuggets, that it. They’re without their second and third best players right now, so I don’t think anyone really expects them to beat any legit title contender, but still…
It was a glorious win. We buried them.
I got the TV set up for it. Not full set up, since we have to put up the bookshelves and other stuff to figure out the spacing right and whatnot…but it’s plugged in and it works. We can watch the Severance finale. We ran out of time tonight, but tomorrow. Tomorrow.
Night night.
