According to my apple watch, I’m averaging around 7 hours and 15 minutes of sleep a night at my current bed time and wake-up time. Hmmm. Not good enough. Need to be closer to 8…and it’s funny, just that extra half-hour I can FEEL, man. It’s hard, though, because I really do need to be up by 6:45-7 in order to get in a full writing session before work. And it’s really, REALLY hard for me to fall asleep before around 11:15.

It’s a conundrum. I think I’m going to adjust, though, by having my alarm go off at 7am. Try that. See if that works.

And then really, really dial in on having my head on the pillow by 10:30 rather than 10:45, or 10:50, which is exactly what’s happening tonight. It’s 10:50. Too late. Need to be in bed earlier.
