What could I do less of?

Second-guessing. I think I err on the side of waiting and thinking for too long. It’s a double-edged sword, though, because being prepared and thinking things through is also my super-power. That’s why it’s not something I can just get rid of, you know? Finding the balance is where it’s at…and that’s hard. I err on the side of overthinking.

I do less of snacking. For sure. Eat better. More intentionally. I tend to do well when I plan everything out, but that’s not necessarily sustainable all the time. I don’t eat terribly, but I don’t eat great either. Sigh. This is definitely a good one to ponder on. I could eat better. For sure. I think my only saving grace is that I don’t eat a lot. I hope that helps, anyway. I eat when I’m hungry, and that’s not a ton. I would say I really good in that way; I listen to my body. I don’t deny it sustenance, and I guess in return, I really don’t eat a lot or even want to eat a lot. My body is happy with my food intake.

The Warriors won! I watched most of the game, and it was incredible. Steph was great, Buddy was great, Loon was great, so was Draymond playing with five fouls for like the entire fourth quarter, Gary had a game-sealing steal, JK was rock solid…it was a great win against a really good team that was also super motivated to take us down.

The last F1 race was today. Very emotional for many, many of the drivers, all for their own reasons. This next season of Drive To Survive is going to be LIT with all those storylines. For real, one of the best racing seasons ever. And it was a great race, too. The constructors’ went right down to the wire. Congrats to McLaren. And Lewis had a spectacular drive.

Niners won, but I didn’t watch them. I’ll check that game out at some point. Something to watch for. I still think we’re missing the playoffs this year, but we’ll see. Wrexham won yesterday. It was a goooood sports weekend.

Got up and did my writing in the morning. AND…cranked out the two sets I’d been putting together for the past couple weeks. Whew! That felt soooo good. I have them all loaded up and ready for my writing session tomorrow morning. Can’t wait.

Night night.
