Snacks is outside right now singing for Joy. Or me. Both of us, probably. He’s like “this is the time to get rowdy! Why aren’t you out here with me???” People with inside cats, I feel for you. Cats be crrraazzyyyy at night. All hyped up and whatnot. Dogs are great in that way: they sleep at night. Lucky us.
Coops’ eye is hurting him, poor bud. But he’s already been to the Doc yesterday and he’s got the meds he needs to be on the mend. An infection they said, which just happens with dogs who have big bulgey eyes like the Coopey do, especially as they start getting a little older. He gets to have a gabapentin pill, though, which knocks him out at night. I know he appreciates that.
Busy day! I took care of the pups in the morning and then had a little bit of time to work on the wine spreadsheet—like 20 minutes—and then it was off to Tilde’s birthday party. She decided on doing one of those Japanese crafting places where you decorate something like a phone case or a pencil case or a mirror, etc. The glue is thick so it can look like frosting if you want it to and they have all these charms and figurines and other sorts of bling. Everyone loved it. I just supervised and cheerleader-ed. Happy Birthday Matilda!!! Love you so much 🙂
Straight home after that to feed the pups, give Coops his meds and then walk them. And straight over to Stephen’s birthday party after that. Tacos, mango slushies, press-on tattoos, friends like Julia and Rogel, snuggles with Tommen. Happy Birthday Stephen. Love you dude.
Night night.
