Did you know that cats don’t really meow at each other? It’s not a social behavior they exhibit amongst each other, naturally, all that often if at all…with one exception: kittens meow to their mom. That’s basically it. So, when my kitties meow at me—I think they think I’m mom. Basically. Because I feed them. And give them pats, which kind of feel like licks.
I think that’s just wonderful.
What a long, looooong day y’all. Whew. But I got a massive project done. Which is a relief. And I think I might have an extra day off coming up seeing as I still have some work to do tomorrow, even though we’re “offline” as a company because of Juneteenth. It’s fine. I’d rather have a Friday or Monday off anyway.
