Poor Coops! His hind back foot hurts, and I can’t figure out what the issue is. I think it might be the nail, but there’s no blood, not any foreign objects I can find, but I’m on my own at home tonight so it’s exceedingly difficult to see if there’s anything lodged in there. I don’t know when that would have happened because he was up on the couch next to me sleeping all night until just a few minutes ago when I literally picked him up to go outside and pee.
Sigh.
Hopefully it’s just like a split nail or something and it will feel fine in the morning. I gave him a little gaba pill to help tonight. He’s curled up and sleeping. He didn’t go nighttime pee. Maybe I should try to take him out again to do that…yeah. I’m going to go do that. He can pee on three legs.
Poor guy.
