Blerg. Today was…helter skelter. And for no reason, really, except that Liz is going out of town tomorrow for some work. Sigh. Threw me off a bit. And work was busy.
I feel…cluttered. Not focused. I can do better. Not sure if tomorrow will be the day that happens, but I hope so. I’ll try to establish my groove as quickly as I can. No reason why I can’t finish this scene-by-scene (or just get a ton of it done) before the holidays descend and everything pauses. Good lord I’m so looking forward to having it done. Starting up the writing again. Finally doing both writing pages every day AND outlining the next book. Sounds glorious. Hard work, but so satisfying.
Snacks stays with me in my office all day now. It’s very sweet. I love it. And it was a lovely day today. Sunny with fluffy clouds. Cold. No wind. Maybe a little dry, but not too bad. A really, really lovely day.
Gonna miss Liz while she’s away.
