Ryan and Lisa have tied that knot. They are wed!
Long day. Woke up “early” and took the pups out to boarding, which is where they’re at right now. Miss them! Dropped them off and then came home to get the ladies out to the venue.
Then it was dropping Ryan’s car off at their hotel, and back home to round up the gentlemen. That took a little longer, but we were still out at the venue with time to spare. I was driving everyone because I knew that I wasn’t going to drink that much and I could drive a car back tonight. It all worked out perfectly.
So, anyway, we boys rolled up and hung out for a brief while before getting dressed and then getting into position for the ceremony. Ceremony was brief, which was wonderful because it was waaaarrrmm. Pretty hot out there in Calistoga. Then we took some photos and man, the night flew from there. Some dancing, then dinner INSIDE A CAVE and then more dancing and playing in a photo booth, and some hot tea in the cool night.
And then, just like that, it was all over and it was time to come home. Days like these are so oddly fast, and so long at the same time.
It was a lovely, wonderful wedding for two lovely, wonderful people. Love those two, and so happy to have been a part of it.
