The Ho filmed her 17th episode tonight of Disjointed. SevenTEEN. How crazy is that? Three more and they’re done for a while. Hopefully a short while 😛
I had a solid work day. Got my flow down for this Netflix gig. Cranked out a bunch of assets. I’m basically adding branding to these existing videos, so that it plays the Netflix logo before and after. Simple work if not a bit mind numbing. And there is quite a bit of the detail to keep track of and not mess up. Things like framerate staying consistent from beginning to end…making sure the timing is right on these transitions…that kind of thing.
The episode they filmed tonight was really good. The writing has been getting more and more solid on the show, and I really do mean that. The jokes are coming more easily now. The characters are becoming more clear. It’s a lot of fun.
I finished my listen through the second season of TG1T today, and I have all my little notes lined up for the last round of tweaks before everything gets rendered out and ready to be set up with metadata like artwork, etc. Only two days away from season 2. Crazy. Cray. Zee.
Anywho, I have to be up early tomorrow morning to accompany the plumber in for a disposal repair, so I’m going to sign off for now. Gonna take it easy this weekend, then next week is crushing time for the rest of this Netflix project, then the rest of TG1T season 3…and then it’s time to buckle down and live the work life I’ve been wishing for…sometimes that through is very overwhelming, and sometimes (like tonight) it’s very exciting and appealing.
