Today was a bit of a helter-skleter day. But…I managed it. I really did. And the stress.
Started out with me getting all the loose ends sorted for the apartment building that I’d let go uncommunicated to the Ho. We set up a document to share together where we can take notes that are accessible at all times for the both of us. This should, hopefully, go a long toward us handling things together in a smooth fashion that allows each of us half a day off completely from those responsibilities.
We went at saw the new Spider-man movie, and really, really enjoyed it. I…think it might be my favorite version of Spider-man, full stop. Movies, anyway. Not talking about the cartoon or any of the comics, obvs. Go see it. You’ll really enjoy it. High School Spider-Man is too much fun.
Did my reading and some writing, listened to podcasts, and read a post from an author on Facebook that reminded me of all the reasons why I decided to make this leap of faith in my writing: that success is out there, waiting for me to take it. And so I will.
I’m actually feeling a bit under the weather tonight. I think it’s the weather, literally, that’s causing the issue…it was 100º today and it’s going to be triple digits again tomorrow…but we’ll see. Hopefully that’s all it is.
Coops and Coco got their haircuts today. I love the way they smell when they get back from the groomers! Ahhhhh. Love dems.
That is all I’ve got for tonight. Pretty tired. Reading “Dust” the 3rd Hugh Howey book and flying through it. Almost half done, and I only started yesterday 😛
Tonight’s creepy artwork is such for no particular reason except that I loved it 🙂 Love the idea of monsters hiding in the rain. So fun!
