Omg. What a busy day!
I got a toooonnn of stuff done today. Little bit of the writing, some household chores, some email stuff–which is annoying, btw; my email list provider is on the fritz again and I think it’s time to move along, ughhhhh–and then the best part: tennis.
It’s literally been a couple years since I last played tennis. So long that the grip I got, which was almost brand new at the time, is now old enough to be disintegrating in my hands. Yikes.
Two years, I think? Something like that?
I got to play with Reed, who I don’t get to see that much these days because we’re not working together. I had to do the stupid thing and go all-in on writing. Like a chump. But, we don’t get to hang! And now, hopefully, we do. We both were like “tennis is dope. Let’s make this a thing.” We’re going to try and meet again next Wednesday.
A’s won today. That was awesome. I got to have an impromptu little chat with Stephen about video games in the morning which was amazing…did some building stuff…
It was a good day.
I’m tired. More tired than I should be for an HOUR of tennis. Jesus. If you don’t use it, you lose it, kids. And I’m losing it. Gotta get some of that shit back.
