Boom.

Got to hang with Scott and Addie today! 🙂 We went over and had waffles–they were delish!–and then we decided to head down to this area called “Mississippi,” which I’m pretty sure was the name of the street where all these shops were, and we walked around.

The first, and main, store we checked out was filled with all these dead (taxidermy-ed) animals, which doesn’t sound cool, but it was SO COOL. Like, I felt like we were walking around in Professor Snape’s office, or something. There were insects, too, and gems, and some garden plants. Basically, the theme of the shop was trinkets and decor that come from biology and the garden. It was super fun.

We went home after that and Scott and I played some MarioKart. It was super fun. Scott even beat me a couple times, the bastard. 🙂

After that, we headed into Alberta and went to an Indian food place I love called Bollywood Theater. Omg, the food there is soooo goooood. And their lime ginger soda. Ugh.

We finished up by watched a movie, and then we headed home to hang out with Mike and J a bit before they went to sleep. They both have work tomorrow. Blech. We even came with food from Bollywood for J; she loves that restaurant, too, just like me.

And…then we packed up our shit. We leave tomorrow. Ugh. This trip went super fast. It was a really, really good trip. One of the best we’ve had, for sure. Coco even ate her Whimzee tonight. She’s been hot and cold on those; super excited to get them, and then just sits there and doesn’t chew them. I thought maybe it was because she was bored of them, or maybe that her teeth have been hurting…but no. I held it for her tonight until she got it started, and then she mowed down on it. I think it’s mental. I think she gets timid. It happen with her sometimes. She’ll get in her head that she’s afraid of something and it takes a while for her to get over it. Sweet girl. I got you, boo 😘

That’s all that’s fit to report from Portland. We come home tomorrow!

Good night!
