Going to bed almost on time. About thirty minutes late, which is BETTER than an hour/hour-and-a-half late.

I meditated this morning. Wrote a liiiitttlle bit, but only because I had to leave to take the pups out to the groomers in NoHo. Tomorrow…no excuses. I’m diving back in. I need to get this new routine going. STARTED. No pressure.

Sigh.

It’s so hard to get rolling again when you’ve been away from something for a while. But, it is not impossible. It just takes effort.
