First order of business for today: the Warriors are going back to the NBA Finals. It’s the sixth time in eight years. That’s…insanely impressive. Steph, Klay and Dray are back together. They still have it. We’re still good.
We have a shot to win it all. Can’t ask for more than that, really. If we stay healthy, which is a big if now that these guys are older, we’re going to win it. I’ll go ahead and call that right now.
Writing was solid today. Not great, but solid. Netflix work was on my mind, making me anxious. BUT…I got up and did it. I was proud of that, considering we went to be a little late last night watching The Dropout. I don’t know…I’ve been feeling it lately. The resolve to get up and write. I wouldn’t say I’m feeling completely in the actual writing GROOVE yet…but the determination is back at least. I’m getting up without too much resistance. That’s a relief.
One more work day tomorrow…and then a nice long weekend. Have some projects to get done around the house. Here’s to having the energy to do them.
