Man, I was pretty non-stop today. Kinda like yesterday…but in a good way. Like, in a “get ahead” kind of way.
I worked on Netflix work. Set myself up for what is hopefully not so crazy of a workday tomorrow.
I got my ten pages written. Boom. Got my ass up out of bed early for that shit.
I took an EPIC nap. That was delightful.
I finished 8 1/2. I understand why it’s a big deal. I also have thoughts about it, though, particularly the ending, and a question I’ve always wanted to ask on the Cutting Room Floor for our Film School podcast: can you make a movie about a lesson you haven’t learned yet? Felini really puts that question to the test in that movie.
Now…time for sleep. It’s past bedtime because of some last-minute shenanigans. Oi. Night night.
