Coco is pressed up against me so tight right now, it’s hard to write. She has her chin right up on my arm. Her head bobs every time I reach for a key on my keyboard.

She’s started to walk a little slower lately on our walks. Just noticed it over the past couple days. Liz thinks it’s probably arthritis, and I think there’s a good chance she’s right. She’s…getting older. It’s scary. Dogs can go downhill very, very suddenly. It’s kind of shocking. I hope that’s not happening to Coco. I need her to live for a good ten more years. And she’s not exhibiting anything else. She’s super pumped to wake up and eat breakfast. She’s still excited to go on walks. She’s just…getting tired faster. Poor baby.

What a crazy day, kinda. It started at 1:30 in the morning, with Tommen waking me up with the patented dog pre-puking noises. Thank god they give us those, you know? The warmup? It gives us time to get them the fuck off the furniture before they explode. Took about a half hour to get him feeling better and everything cleaned up, but luckily that was all down on the floor. I was able to snap awake and lift him out of bed in time. And then he was fine today, so that’s a relief. He ate some cat shit yesterday morning. Fucked with his tum tum.

And then I was up pretty early making final adjustments to where we wanted the TV to go when it arrived. Therapy was cancelled, thankfully, so I got to take care of the dogs and then eat some breakfast. Had to move my haircut because Liz was busy and the Geek Squad guys still hadn’t made it over. BUT…they showed up right as I was leaving, and were still here working when I got back. Guys…

the TV…

is so dope.

Very, VERY happy. It’s all set up now, it looks amazing, and it was worth every penny, including having them install it for us. Whew!

And poof. Just like that, the day was over. It was stressful getting that set up. So many decisions to make. But, we got it all sorted, and we’re amazingly happy. Hoping this TV lasts us for a very, very long time.

Night night.
