Joy is so crazy before bed now. I have to believe that part of it is that she’s not getting nighttime walks right now because she’s recovering from getting fixed. No play time with Snacks, either. But man, she is WILD before bed. Right now, she’s digging around under the covers. Cooper HATES it.

She’s so cute.
Anyway…long day. Long week. Ended it right, though: a date night with Liz. We went to Bacari, which is near our old digs, and serves kind of modern Italian. Good food. Good drinks. And it was lovely out.
Writing was solid, though I only got two hours in. Work has definitely picked up. Sigh. But, I’m still within striking distance! It’ll be a busy weekend, but I’ll get there. Night night.
