Had a really nice day with Bear today. We had lunch with one of her friends from USC—he’s about to get married! That was really nice. We then went down to Chinatown from there, and she got cake slices from a cake shop she really loves, and then went to a tiny Japanese stationary store + coffee shop that was super cute and she’d been wanting to visit for a while. She got a really nice pen for her journal, and some other cool stuff.
It was home from there, a nap, walking the dogs, and then hanging out together on the couch and watching more of Constellation, which is…fine. It’s okay. It’s got juuust enough intrigue to keep us watching, but we’re also both super duper confident we can clearly see where it’s heading. If they’re smart, they’ll wrap the story up here with just this one season; if there’s another, I don’t think we’ll continue. But, it’s been fun enough this go-round.

I just took my melatonin to make sure I fall asleep on time. Resetting that CLOCK, baby. It’s working.
