Looooong work day today. But, I did it all. Whew. Even had a little time in the evening to watch some basketball. The Thunder look pretty good for how young they are, that’s for sure. I actually think KD should go back there if they don’t win it all this year and help them get their first ring. He’s not a free agent, so that’s very unlikely, but still. That’s how he redeems himself. I can see it.
We have a house guest! She’s in town shooting a movie, I think (?), but regardless…it’s nice to have her. We genuinely love having people stay with us. We’ve done so much of it, actually. Mostly Joe, but so many others as well.
I’m wiped man. Drifting off even as I’m writing this entry. I will say: writing was okay today. I did my hours. I just didn’t focus as much as I could have. I think I need to up my goal to two scenes every hour. Six scenes a day. That feels like it might be a bit more of a push, the kind of push I need to actually focus during those hours. Get this damn thing DONE.
