I went to Wolfie tonight for the LCEC parent/student mandatory meeting. Matt was double-booked. Mir also had a must-go-to engagement all the way out in Hollywood. So, I stood in for the “parent.” It’s the robotics/engineering after school program he did last year, and things are changing a bit this year. I took notes. I’ll relay them all to Matt when I get the chance. But it was fun to go there with Wolf and spend some quality time together. He seemed in good spirits, and was excited about doing the program again for another year.
Got my work done today. Netflix was quiet. I was able to get some reading in on my manuscript and get my pages done, even though I woke up this morning with veeerryyyy little in my tank. Sigh. I’m wiped. I’ve been pushing these last two weeks. Seeing results, which is encouraging, but definitely pushing. I have this part of my neck that gets really painful whenever I’m stressed…and that part of my neck is all sore right now. Not debilitating, which it’s been in the past, but sore. Need a break. Hopefully this weekend provides me with one. We’ll see.
