Another day hijacked today, le sigh. It’s Joy. She got us up throughout the night again, and then had tummy issues again in the morning. So back to the vet we went, except nobody had an appointment today, so that meant the ER. Sigh.
She’s okay. Ultrasound was clean of pancreatitis or obstruction. Waiting for urinalysis and culture, but she got sent home with antibiotics and some different tummy meds. She seems to be in good spirits. That was encouraging all day, in fact; she was peppy throughout the day. Not lethargic like she was back on Wednesday.
We’re still not quite sure what’s going on…but I think we’re just hoping this antibiotic knocks whatever it is out. Seems like, for not, anything serious isn’t indicated. I hope that remains.
So…that was my day. And work, which was kinda busy. No writing. Sigh. But I’m back at it tomorrow.
