We’re back in business on the book, baby. I knocked out 17 pages today, which is more than I thought I would. Some of that was skipping around locations, which always adds a few extra pages, but still. It’s a good day. Really good day. Another nine just like that will get me to 500 pages, which should be just about right. Very, very much looking forward to it.
It’s been cooler. Cloudy waking up, which burns off around midday. I can keep my office door open, and I even need my robe when I first go out to write. Love that for however long it lasts. I’m sure we’re getting another massive heat wave or two before it properly cools down. Always do.
So, yeah. My focus is on finishing the book. Almost to the finish line. Whew. Night night.
